Human Resource Advisor- QLD

Working within our HR team you will be actively involved in all aspects of a generalist HR role, looking after our 380 employees nationally. In particular this role will be heavily involved in the recruitment process, however will also be involved in training & development, injury management, employee relations advice, performance management and administrative functions as required.

You will work from our site in Heathwood, but some regional travel interstate will be required.

Answering to the HR Manager, the ideal candidate will have;
• 2-3 years experience in a generalist HR role
• Tertiary qualified in Human Resources or a related discipline
• Current knowledge of Australian employment legislation & practices
• Excellent communication skills with high relationship management ability
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks at one time
• Sound Microsoft office skills including Word & Excel
